Privacy Policy

General Information

Dicerra is a unique platform for health care and aviation professionals to share information that will improve outcomes and provide techniques for professionals across all regions in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Germany and New Zealand (and eventually worldwide). The platform is secure and confidential. Its purpose is to foster open dialogue and create a healthy culture of sharing so that problems encountered in one region may be solved with solutions discovered elsewhere without having to endure identical processes of trial and error.

Dicerra is derived from a combination of the Latin words discere errata and means "to learn from mistakes." The company was founded based on lessons learned from aviation reporting culture about how to share preventative measures to increase safety and effectiveness for people working in highly complex socio-technical domains. Our focus is on constant improvement, not on punitive measures, so anonymity is preserved by design, always. Moreover, we practice what we preach. Feedback is welcomed and may be submitted directly to Admin by emailing admin@dicerra.com or by using the Contact Us page.
